Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 can soup beans
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 pkg. chili mix
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain 1 1/2 lb. hamburger.
  2. Add 1 can soup beans, 1 c. tomato juice, and 1 pkg. chili mix; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, layer Fritos corn chips.
  5. Top with the chili and sprinkle 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Stir gently and serve hot.
