- Brown and drain 1 1/2 lb. hamburger.
- Add 1 can soup beans, 1 c. tomato juice, and 1 pkg. chili mix; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, layer Fritos corn chips.
- Top with the chili and sprinkle 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese.
- Stir gently and serve hot.
