Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, bacon, and chopped onion in a crock‑pot until the meat is cooked and the onions are soft.
  2. Stir in salt, liquid smoke, ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, and a dash of pepper.
  3. Add the canned baked beans, butter beans, and kidney beans, mixing until well combined.
  4. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, allowing flavors to meld. Serve hot.
