A flavorful layered taco dip featuring seasoned meat, beans, fresh vegetables, cheese, and toppings, perfect for sharing at parties or game days with crunchy taco chips.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb ground meat
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 bunches scallions
  • 1 package taco chips
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 jar salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground meat and add about half of the taco seasoning. Let it cool.
  2. In a glass pie plate, spread a layer of refried beans.
  3. Add a layer of the cooled seasoned meat.
  4. Top with chopped scallions.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes.
  6. Place halved black olives on top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the olives.
  8. Chill the assembled layers.
  9. When ready to serve, top with sour cream and salsa.
  10. Serve with taco chips.
