Ingredients

  • 16 to 17 oz. can refried beans
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. guacamole dip
  • 4 oz. diced green chilies
  • 2 oz. sliced black olives
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce (optional, shredded)

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients on a large platter in the order given, starting with refried beans, then sour cream, guacamole, green chilies, black olives, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and grated Cheddar cheese.
  2. Add shredded lettuce on top of the tomatoes if desired.
  3. Serve with crackers or chips.
