Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped dates or raisins
  • 1 c. nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a small baking dish.
  2. Cook at 315° for 15 to 20 minutes.
