Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a graham cracker crust.
  3. Place the crust in a spring-form pan.
  4. Ensure the crust goes at least halfway up the side of the pan.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and lemon juice until well combined but slightly lumpy.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake sets firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and turn the oven up to 450°F.
