Ingredients

  • 7 slices bacon, diced
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, about 7 minutes; drain on paper towels.
  2. Add minced garlic to the bacon drippings and cook until fragrant and bacon is crisp.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Stir in cooked bacon, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped chives.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
