Ingredients

  • 1 can Underwood chicken spread
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 raw egg

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken spread, chopped nuts, and mayonnaise with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle a tiny bit of fresh lemon juice into the mixture.
  3. Unfold the crescent rolls and shape into four rectangles, pinching seams to make a smooth surface.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture onto each rectangle, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Cut each rectangle into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Place the pieces on a cookie sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown.
