Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut in chunks
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1/4 lb mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 sprigs chopped onion
  • 1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, chopped onion, white wine, and butter.
  2. Prepare the Rice-A-Roni in a separate pan according to package instructions.
  3. Combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni with the browned mixture in a large casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
