Ways With Leftover Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. cut up cooked chicken
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • chow mein noodles or rice

Instructions

  1. Heat soup and stir in all ingredients except noodles.
  2. Heat until it comes to a nice simmer.
  3. Serve over noodles or rice topped with soy sauce.
  4. Serves 4.
