Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef or turkey and bell pepper for 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  2. Drain excess fat.
