Western Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (juice and all)
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except 1 cup cheese.
  2. Put in greased 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. (Gets better second or third day.)
