Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans chili (no beans)
  • 2 cans tamales
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker.
  3. Add the two cans of chili and the Velveeta cheese cut into small pieces to the slow cooker.
  4. Chop the tamales into small pieces and add to the mixture.
  5. Cook in the slow cooker until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are heated through.
  6. Serve hot with chips.
