Steak Surprise features tender chuck fillets coated in a rich, tangy sauce with ketchup, Worcestershire, and A.1. steak sauce, perfect for hearty family dinners served over rice.

Instructions
- Brown steaks in vegetable oil on both sides.
- Drain thoroughly and place in a baking dish.
- Mix together all of the other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the steaks.
- Bake, uncovered, in an oven preheated to 350°F for 1 hour.
- Serve over hot, cooked rice.
