Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of oregano
  • 2 cups wide cooked noodles
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef, chopped onion, green pepper, garlic, tomato paste, water, salt, and oregano in a frying pan until browned.
  2. Whip together the Miracle Whip, Parmesan cheese, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch or 2-quart dish.
  4. Place the cooked noodles evenly in the dish.
  5. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
  6. Layer the cooked beef over the cheese layer.
  7. Spread the remaining cheese mixture on top of the beef.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 25 minutes.
