Western Egg Omelet

Instructions
- Beat eggs well.
- Pour in milk; beat until mixed.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Saute onions and peppers until soft.
- Heat fry pan; pour in egg mixture and milk.
- Sprinkle in salt and black pepper.
- Fry in bacon drippings until brown on both sides.
- Make sure onions, green pepper, cheese and bacon is added before you fold over egg mixture.
- Let stand 1 minute; then serve.
