Whatever Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked leftover meat (chicken, ham, turkey, hamburger, can of tuna), chopped ⓘ
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni ⓘ
- 4 oz. cheese, shredded (sharp, American, Chedarella, Swiss) ⓘ
- 1 can condensed cream of celery, cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup ⓘ
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. frozen peas or broccoli ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni until al dente.
- Drain.
- Mix rest of ingredients with macaroni and place into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, if desired.
- Cover.
- Cook at 350° for 35 minutes until hot.
- Feeds 6.
