Ingredients

  • 2 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Kretschmer wheat germ with brown sugar and honey
  • 1/4 c. raisins or diced dates
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except apples and lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Mix well to incorporate all flavors.
  3. Arrange apple slices in a fan shape on lettuce leaves.
