Whipped Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 container nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 tsp. allspice

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, whipped topping and 1 tablespoon of milk together.
  2. Spread on bottom of pie crust.
  3. Pour 1 cup of milk and 2 packages of pudding mix into bowl.
  4. Stir until blended.
  5. Add pumpkin and spices.
  6. Blend again.
  7. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  9. Add topping. Dab when you serve. Serves 8.
