Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 cube or tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 c. cooked crab meat
  • 1 c. light cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the butter and chopped onion until softened.
  2. Add the milk, chicken bouillon cube, and Tabasco sauce; heat gently without boiling.
  3. Stir in the cooked crab meat and chopped chives.
  4. Add light cream and heat through, serving immediately.
