Ingredients

  • 3 c. water or clam juice
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • parsley
  • a little oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • potatoes

Instructions

  2. Pour in clam juice and add cubed potatoes. Cook until potatoes are almost tender.
  3. Add clams, parsley, and milk to the pot. Stir well.
