Ingredients

  • 4 qt. white squash, peeled, seeded and cooked
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook the white squash until tender enough to mash.
  2. Add sugar, lemon flavoring, vanilla flavoring, eggs, flour, melted margarine, and milk to the mashed squash.
  3. Blend all ingredients together well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
