Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small can pimento, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 cup raw rice

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped celery and chopped onion in margarine until the onion is transparent.
  2. Add chopped pimento, chopped mushrooms, beef bouillon, beef consomme, and raw rice to the skillet.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
