Ingredients

  • 4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1/4 c. dried green onion flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. dried orange rind
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. mixed dried fruit, chopped
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
