Ingredients

  • 14 oz. pkg. Deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner mix
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, undiluted cream of celery soup, drained diced pimento, chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion, and milk.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
