Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, diced turkey
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cooked, diced turkey, slivered almonds, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sliced celery, minced onion, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle the top with crushed plain potato chips.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
