Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve chilled as a refreshing winter side dish.
