Instructions
- Heat oil in saucepan.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Stir in ground beef and seasonings.
- Brown well.
- Fold in vegetables.
- Cook until half done.
- Strain in colander and cool.
- Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling in center of wrapper.
- Fold edge of wrappers over filling.
- Wrap like envelope.
- Moisten edge with water to hold it together.
- Heat oil to 375°.
- Fry until lightly browned.
- Makes 2 dozen.
