Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Budweiser beer
  • 1/3 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/2 pound knockwurst, cooked and sliced diagonally
  • 16 ounces sliced white potatoes, drained

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix well the beer, dressing, sugar, and dill seed.
  2. Add cooked and sliced knockwurst, drained potatoes, and onion; toss until well coated with dressing.
  3. Cover and chill, tossing occasionally, for at least 1 hour before serving.
