  • corn (fresh or frozen)
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cream (thick)

Instructions

  1. Cook the diced summer squash until tender and set aside.
  2. Cook the corn until done and set aside.
  3. Combine equal parts of cooked squash and corn in a serving dish.
  4. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir in thick cream until well combined and heated through.
