Ingredients

  • 1 (.3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free cherry flavored Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sugar-free cherry flavored yogurt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in a small bowl; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  2. Beat until well blended. Divide among 8 (3 ounce) paper cups.
  3. Place wooden stick in each. Freeze several hours.
  4. (If keeping longer than overnight, wrap individually in plastic wrap.) To serve, peel cup off "pop". Serves 8.
