Ingredients

  • 2 pt. plain yogurt
  • 3 cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dill
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Chill before serving.
