Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked ham
  • 1 lb. American cheese, cubed
  • 3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium sweet onion

Instructions

  1. Fry sliced mushrooms in butter for about 10 minutes; do not brown.
  2. Fry chopped sweet onion in butter until translucent.
  3. Combine cooked ham, cubed American cheese, and the mushroom and onion mixture.
  4. Place cooked noodles in a greased oblong casserole dish.
  5. Spread the ham and cheese mixture over the noodles.
  6. Pour half and half over the top.
  7. Cover and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
