Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. paprika (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if roasting; alternatively, serve raw or steamed.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, combine salt, cumin powder, crushed garlic, paprika (if using), and lemon juice.
  4. Toss the cauliflower with the spice mixture until evenly coated.
