Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, ground very fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs or quick oats
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Blend bread crumbs in a blender and mix dry ingredients (almonds, salt, parsley flakes, flour, bread crumbs or oats) well.
  2. Blend water, oil, and chopped celery in a blender until combined.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  5. Fry the mixture in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
