Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken breasts in Italian herbs or lemon juice before cooking. You can substitute the chunky Ragu spaghetti sauce with homemade marinara for a fresher taste. If you prefer a vegetarian option, replace chicken with extra zucchini and mushrooms, and use vegetable broth instead of sauce.

Serving Suggestions

This dish pairs beautifully with garlic bread and a fresh green salad for a complete meal. You can also serve it with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top for added richness. For a twist, consider serving alongside a side of steamed broccoli or a simple caprese salad to complement the Italian flavors.

Storage & Reheating

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a damp paper towel to prevent drying out. Heat in 1-minute intervals until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
