Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 3 slices rye or whole wheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp. white horseradish
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey with torn pieces of bread in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs, diced onion, horseradish, and dry mustard; mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Place the mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
