- Mix cola, chili sauce, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
- Place the brisket, fat side up, in a Dutch oven or baking dish.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the brisket and cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes per pound, about 3 hours, or until tender.
- Trim off excess fat after cooking.
- For slow cooking, cook all day at 220°F (104°C).
