Ingredients

  • 5 c. wild rice, cooked
  • 2 c. shrimp, cooked
  • 1/2 c. broccoli
  • 1/2 c. cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in bowl. Toss with dressing. Chill for 1 hour.
