Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Cook and stir until brown, then drain well.
  3. Cook, then drain macaroni.
  4. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients.
  5. Cover; bake until bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.
