Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes.
  2. Microwave butter in a dish for 1/2 to 1 minute on High or until melted.
  3. Blend garlic salt, paprika, and Parmesan cheese together.
  4. Quarter potatoes lengthwise and dip cut edges in the butter mixture.
  5. Arrange cut side down in the dish.
  6. Cover with paper towels and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rearranging once or twice.
