Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Combine gelatin and boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add fruits and nuts; stir to combine.
  4. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into an 8 x 12-inch pan. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
  5. Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature. Spread sour cream evenly over set gelatin.
  6. Pour remaining gelatin over this.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours or overnight.
