Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Crush vanilla wafers and place them in the bottom of a pan.
  4. Add enough melted butter to the crushed wafers to make the crumbs hold together, then press the mixture into the pan to form the crust.
