- Melt the oleo (butter) and add the stuffing to make crumbs.
- Mix together the string beans or sliced zucchini, cooked onion, shredded carrots, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
- Grease a casserole dish and layer half of the stuffing crumbs at the bottom.
- Add the mixed vegetable and sauce layer on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining stuffing crumbs over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
