Ingredients

  • 4 cups string beans or sliced zucchini
  • 1 large onion, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo (butter)
  • Stove Top stuffing

Instructions

  1. Melt the oleo (butter) and add the stuffing to make crumbs.
  2. Mix together the string beans or sliced zucchini, cooked onion, shredded carrots, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
  3. Grease a casserole dish and layer half of the stuffing crumbs at the bottom.
  4. Add the mixed vegetable and sauce layer on top.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing crumbs over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
