Ingredients

  • 6 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed fennel seed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and toss lightly to mix.
  2. Wrap and seal in a foil pocket and grill.
