Ingredients

  • 6 medium shredded zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine zucchini and salt; let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. Saute chopped onion in butter until tender.
  4. Add zucchini to the onion and cook, stirring constantly, until all liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in sour cream and pepper before serving.
