Zucchini Squares(Appetizer)

Ingredients

  • 3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Cool for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
  5. Yields 40 squares.
