Ingredients

  • several kinds of fish, cleaned and cut up
  • olive oil
  • onion, chopped
  • garlic, chopped
  • hot pepper
  • white wine
  • tomato puree
  • parsley, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add parsley, tomato puree, hot pepper, salt, and white wine; stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the cleaned and cut-up fish and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over sliced and toasted crusty bread.
