Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c cocoa
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a large glass bowl; microwave on High for 1 minute, or until melted.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla; stir until well blended and smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  4. Press the mixture into an 8-inch square dish.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
