1 Meal Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c. or 1 head lettuce, shredded to serve
- 2 or 3 tomatoes, wedged ⓘ
- 2 large cucumbers ⓘ
- 1/2 c. radishes ⓘ
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 celery stalk, diced ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions, diced ⓘ
- 1 bell pepper, wedged
- 1/2 small jar hot green peppers ⓘ
- 1 pkg. smoked or regular wieners, diced ⓘ
- 1 c. cauliflower ⓘ
- sweet or dill pickles, diced
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients.
- Let set in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours for flavors to mix together and set; no salad dressing is needed.
